its a type of unemployment where people appear to be emploued but work less or act as employed.

example: a farming family with 3 sons where one is works but the 2 share their work only at times . They are disguisely unemployed

if in a crop field maximum 2workers are needed and 5 workers of a family are doing work in the field.The field do not need 5 workers so the workers are getting lower wages.If the remaining three workers who are not needed in the field can do another work then they will get higher wages.This can be called disguised unemployment
