What is disguised unemployment ?

Disguised unemployment means that no. of workers engaged in a job is more than required to accomplish it if some some of them are withdrawn from the job the total production will not get affected. Here people appear to be employed. This actually happens among the family members engaged in agriculture activity. Suppose the agricultural activity requires the service of 5 people but eight people are are engaged in that activity ,the three people are disguisedly unemployed
