what is disguished unemployment? Why does disguised unemployment not help to enhance the productivity of the country?

disguised unemployment os a type of unemployment in which a person seem to work nut is not working and not using his full potential. It does not help to enhance the productivity of country because a person do not use or is not using his full potential to do any work.

because disguised unemployment people are able to earn money but they don't because of less wages , environment of working place etc.they don't help in to enhance the productivity of the country because they didn't increase the income rate of country but they are able to do this.
