✔️Here you can observe that the blood passes through the heart twice. Since the blood goes twice through the heart, it is known as double circulation. Warm-blooded animals like mammals have this type of blood circulation.

Hi there!
Double circulation is the flow of blood twice through the body.It has two flows:pulmonary and systemic circulation.
In pulmonary circulation, deoxygenated blood from the body organs enters the heart by Vene Cava and then moves to Left atrium and then into left ventricle.Left ventricle pumps this blood to lungs through pulmonary arteries. Now oxygenated blood from lungs enters the heart by Pulmonary veins. Now blood moves towards Right atrium and then to right ventricle.Right ventricles pumps the blood to other organs through Aorta. This is pulmonary circulation.
In systemic circulation, blood from rest of the body moves towards heart except lungs.
I hope it helps.
