Now when it is transported to other parts of the body, these cells, tissues, organs make use of the oxygen and the blood gets deoxygenated. This deoxygenated blood returns to the heart to get oxygenated again.

The general inportance of double circulation is to get deoxygenated blood oxygenated and reused.
