A DNA THAT FORMS A CLOSED LOOP AND HAS NO TERMINALS AKA ENDS.
DS STANDS FOR DOUBLE STRANDED.
BACTERIAL CELLS HAVE A DS CIRCULAR DNA (AS EXTRA GENETIC MATERIAL). IT IS KNOWN AS PLASMID.

mostlly found in bacteria
unlike eukaryotes which mostly have linear ds dna
so most of bacteria have double stranded dna (ds circular dna)
