Dynamic programming is both a mathematical optimization method and a computer programming method. The method was developed by Richard Bellman in the 1950s and has found applications in numerous fields, from aerospace engineering to economics.

dynamic programming is a type of programming which is not static ie changes the value.....or asks the users to enter the desired value in the method call box or the terminal window but it's not unlike the static process of programming where the value is already assigned to run in the computing program.
