electromagnet is a temporary magnet made by passing current in a coil wound around a piece of soft iron.

if we bring the north pole of the magnet towards the pole of the electromagnet and there is a repulsion then it is a north pole and if we take the north pole of the iron bar towards the other end of electromagnet and it attracts it then it is a south pole of electromagnet. Then taking the south pole of magnetised iron bar follow the above steps

A electromagnet is a temporary magnet which is made by rolling copper wire in a soft iron and connect then through a battery. We can determine north and south direction by suspending it freely.

Plz make it as the brilliant if helped :)
