Emf is electromotive force
 is the electrical intensity or "pressure" developed by a source of electrical energy such as a battery or generator but it is not a force.

emf stands for electro motive force that is the current caused bt magnetic effect...

it means that the greater the magnetic field, the greater the current produced in a particular conductor
