Energy is an absolute term..that means that capacity of doing work....every thing around us is a form of energy...every thing in this universe contains energy..some have instant energy and some have hidden energy...
AND THE BEST THING ABOUT ENERGY IS THAT''energy neither be created nor be destroyed..it only converted from one form to another"..
THERE ARE SO MANY FORMS OF ENERGY....
light energy..heat energy..sound energy...solar energy...kinetic energy ..potential energy..etc...

The capacity to do work is known as energy. It can be inferred as the strength required to do a particular physical or mental work. It can neither be created nor destroyed.

If you have do to something you will require energy. For instance you need energy to write, walk, talk, etc. Similarly the things around you also need energy. For example the bulb needs electrical energy to glow, the bicycle needs mechanical energy to move, etc.

There are different forms of energies. Here is a list of them:

>Mechanical Energy
    >Potential Energy
    >Kinetic Energy

>Heat Energy

>Light Energy

>Electrical Energy

>Nuclear Energy

>Chemical Energy

>Hydro Energy

>Magnetic Energy

>Sound Energy

>Electrostatic Energy

>Solar Energy

>Elastic Energy

>Geo Thermal Energy

>Wind Energy

Hope it helps, if so please mark as brainliest.
