In physics, energy is a property of objects, which can be used to move other objects or can be converted into various forms. The ability to do work is called energy. It is difficult to give a simple definition of energy. Energy is not a commodity. We can not see it, it occupies no space, there is not no shadow. In short, this matter is not like other commodities, its close ties. it often remains fluid. Yet it is as real as any other object exists and that therefore a body in the community, which is not the effect of an external force, the reduction in volume is not surplus.
Energy exists in many different forms in nature. Examples of these are: light energy, mechanical energy, gravitational energy, electrical energy, sound energy, chemical energy and nuclear energy. Energy can be changed in other forms. As you know Law conservation of energy.
