extinction of species is nothing but the species are becoming extinct due to pollution and radiations and due to global warming all the species are migrating to other places.due to global warming there is depletion of ozone layer which protects us from direct sun radiations .when there is depletion of ozone layer the sun rays are directly falling on creatures which lead to the death of species on this world.

➤ Extinction of species is the process in which plants or animals came to no more existence. Probably, the became extinct because other species were more successful in survival. Natural disasters could be also one of the causes for the species being extinct. Climatic conditions and human activities are also some of the causes that can't be ruled out. At present, the most vulnerable cause is human activities. According to estimates, around 125 species of birds and 60 species of mammals have become extinct so far.

➤ Growing population has led to deforestation and pollution. So far we know that, Trees are the natural balancer of Ecosystem as well as The level of Oxygen & Carbon Dioxide. Due to deforestation, the level of carbon dioxide is increasing day by day. As carbon dioxide is a green house gas, It absorbs sunlight making the earth warmer than usual. This has led to the melting of Polar once caps and a rise in Sea level, Inappropriate weather conditions, species getting endangered and so on.
Steps to be taken to control deforestation are -
◇ Afforestation.
◇ Avoid overgrazing
◇ Avoid the use of non biodegradable substances.
◇ Avoid using Chemical fertilizers as well.
◇ Save electricity.
◇ Use water wisely
◇ Biodegradable substances should be discomposed properly
