The purpose of the trail is to find out whether the accused is guilty or innocent. A fair trail ensure that Article 21 of the constitution is upheld.
1)the accused is given a copy of chargesheetband all other evidence that prosecution present against the accused
2)All the people involved in carrying out the trail the police, the public prosecutor, carry out their roles impartially in order to ensure that every citizens, when accused should get fair trail irrespective of his /her class, caste, gender.
