In the Arabic language or Muslim religion, fasting is known as “Rozah.” The Rozah has several rules and regulations that the Muslims had to follow.
While doing a Rozah, they are allowed to eat only twice a day; one I before sunrise and another one is after sunset.
In between this time, the person cannot have a glass of water also. It is said that they cannot swallow their saliva if they feel thirsty.
