Hey There! ☺
Nice Question! ♥
Feedback Mechanism :
♦ Timing and amount of hormones released by various glands is regulated by a mechanism called feedback mechanism.
♦ It is build up within our body.
For instance,
It is due to this mechanism, pancreases produce more insulin when blood glucose level rises. Insulin decreases glucose level.
Similarly, when blood glucose level falls than normal, pancreases produce more glucagon to increase glucose level in blood.
Thus, feedback mechanism is vital for proper functioning of our endocrine system.

Answer:
Feedback mechanism is the mechanism in our body which controls the responses of hormonal secretion within its needs.
These responses (feedback mechanisms) can be in 2 types, namely, positive feedback & negative feedback.
A simple example which can express feedback mechanism is given as follows:
Parathyroid hormone which controls the calcium amount in our blood, if its level is decreasing in body, parathyroid gland starts secretion. And whenever the hormone level goes to the normal, gland stops secretion. And thus, blood calcium amount in the body is maintained.
In other words, we can just say, feedback mechanism is the mechanism which accelerates or slowdowns the secretion of glands in our body to maintain the hormonal balances.
