feedback mechanism is basically concerned with endocrine system .every function in the body occurs due to action of some hormone the master gland of the body is the hypothalamus that  release hormones that stimulate any other gland to either release a particular hormone or stop relasing that is to inhibit the release of a particular hormone

when any function has to be performed  then the particular gland releases a hormone but after secreting a particlar level of hormone or when the function is over the high conc of that hormone inhibits its own production by -ve feed back mechanism

A feedback mechanism is a loop system wherein the system responds to a perturbation. A feedback mechanism may be observed at the level of cells, organisms, ecosystems, or the biosphere. It regulates homeostasis or balance to achieve certain range or level of optimal condition.
