Amoeba eats tiny plants and animals present in pond water. The body of Amoeba has finger-like projections called pseudopodia which ingests the food. When a food particle comes near Amoeba, the pseudopodia surrounds the food particles and trap the food with a little water forming a food vacuole inside its body. The surrounding cytoplasm secretes digestive enzymes into the food vacuole which acts on the food and thus it gets digested.

here is your answer....
Amoeba is a unicellular organism which has no defitine figure and structure...it takes it food by the process of endocytosis.
The finger like projections called pseduopodia helps amoeba to capture it's food and make a food vculoe and then digest it internally.
The process by which it excrete it's waste is called exocytosis.
