Fleming’s left hand rule:
Significance: Fleming’s left hand rule can be applied to find the direction of the thrust on a conductor carrying a current in a magnetic field.
The rule is as follows:
The left hand is held such that the thumb, index finger and middle finger are mutually at right angles to each other.
The index finger represents the direction of the magnetic field. (North to South).
The middle finger represents the direction of the current.
The Thumb represents the direction of the Motion of the conductor.

Fleming's left hand rule_
if the thumb, fore-finger and middle finger of the left hand are stretched to be perpendicular to each other as shown in the illustration at left, and if the fore finger represents the direction of magnetic field, the middle finger represents the direction of current, then the thumb represents the direction of force.
