According to Fleming's right hand rule, if we stretch the thumb, forefinger and the middle finger of right hand so that the are perpendicular to each other, and if the forefinger indicates the direction of magnetic field and the thumb shows the direction of motion of conductor, then the middle finger will show the direction of induced current.
You can remember it with a trick.
Starting from your thumb,
Father - force
Mother - magnetic field
Child - current induced.
