A fluid is a substance which has a property to flow. Solids are not considered as fluids because they do not have property to flow.

fluid is a liquid it has the property to flow its movements of lines or designs are smooth and graceful a situation that is fluid is unstable and likely to change often

solids are not considered as fluids because the atoms in solid is much more than the fluids
