What is flux through a charge kept at base of cone?

The net flux through the closed surface of the cone will be zero if there is no net charge in the volume of the cone. When uniform electric field is parallel to the axis of the cone, the net flux will be zero. But, the flux through the base only will be EA ,where E is electric field and A is area of the base.
