Foetal ejection reflex are the mild uterine contractions generated by placenta
when the foetus is fully developed , at the time of parturition.
Parturition is a neuro-endocrine mechanism, and is started by the signalsfrom the developed foetus and the placenta , which produce the foetal ejection reflex .This causes the releases of oxytocin from the pituitary , which causes stronger uterine contractions. This lead to the expulsion of baby along with the placenta

The signals causes parturition comes from the fully developed fetus and placenta by producing severe uterine contraction. These contractions are called feotal ejection contraction.

Parturition is a neuroendocrine mechanism which involves mother, fetus and placenta. Oxytoxin is the major hormone that plays a vital function in parturition and the placenta is the source of transporting neurohormones and peptides.
