When the river tumbles at a steep angle over very hard rocks or down a deep valley side it forms a waterfall. While entering the plain the river twists and turns and forms large bends which are known as meanders.

Answer: Waterfall

Explanation:

When the river rushes at a steep angle over very hard rocks ora waterfall forms on the steep side of the valley the river enters the plain, and it curves and forms large turns known as meanders. The ends of the meander loop are getting closer and closer Over time, the meandering loop is cut off from the river and forms a cut-off lake, also called oxbow lake. Sometimes the river overflows its banks.  How it floods, that deposits layers of fine soil and others along its material called sediment banks.  Elevated banks are called dikes. Like a river approaching the sea, speed-running water drops and the river begins to break up into a series of currents so-called distributors.  Each distribution creates its own mouth. Collectionsediments from all the estuary form a delta.
