so we have to find highest factor the fraction after which we can get a perfect square number
so given    0.055696
  = 55696/1000000
so the
55696/1000000
=(16 x 3481)/(16 x 62500)
=3481/ 62500
=(59/250)²
so in question it is told that we require the number that is hen multiplied by itself
so to get the answer we have square root the achieved answer
so
√(59/250)²
=59/250 answer
