galvanisation is a process of of applying zinc layer on iron or steel to prevent them from rusting.

The most common method is hot-dip galvanizing

The most common method of the zinc coating is the Hot-dip process.


The Hot-dip process consist of submerging the carbon steel in to a molten zinc bath approximately at 680 degree Fahrenheit.
