after fertilisation in a plant, the the ovary becomes the fruit and the ovules become the seeds.after formation of seeds,they finally break dormancy(not in action or lazy) in them and start to grow.int this germination process,there is the shoot development happening in the first and then only the root develops this process is called germination .....
