Due to increase in concentration of CO2 the earths temperature is increasing because light from the sun is entrapped and is not allow to go back to the atmosphere.
In this way the infrared radiatiin emitted by the earth are refleted back to the Earth due to the layer of CO2 formed around the earth.
so temperature of warth is increasing.this is referred as global warming.
