The Golgi apparatus occurs in the form of granules, filaments road which are supposed to be originated from endoplasmic reticulum. These are very small physicals of different shapes, and are generally located near the nucleus. The Golgi Complex consists of many small groups of hollow tubular structures with membranous walls and is associated with some minute vesicles and vacuoles.
It is concerned with the significance of the cell including enzymes and hormones, etc.
