Heya.......!!!!!

♦ Gravitational Force ♦

Gravitational force is a attractive force .
This force acts along the line joining the centre to centre of two bodies. This force is a kind of action reaction force and it acts on both bodies in equal in magnitude but opposite in direction.
Gravitational Force is weak in nature.
Gravitational Force is universal and it remains same everywhere i.e it doesn't depend upon the medium in which the 2 bodies are placed as well as the location where they are placed.
Gravitational Force does not depends upon the presence of other bodies . This force is long range force that is this force is effective even if the 2 bodies are placed at a large distance . All the planets including earth , rotate around sun due to gravitational force only . Tides are also formed due to gravitational force between moon and earth .

- Universal Law of Gravitation -

according to the law of gravitation :-

F is directly propotional to - m1 × m2
F is inversely propotional to - 1 / r^2 .

Gravitational Force = Gm1m2 / r^2

here G is proportionality constant and it is known as Universal Gravitational Constant and it's value is fixed everywhere .
