gravity is a pulling force that is from the earth that pulls us us to the earths surface.
that is why we walk run and come down again even if we jump.
but the moon and the outer space has less or no gravity at all thats why astronauts float in the air without any force acting on them or pulling them.

isaac newton found gravity.
he found it when he sat under an apple tree and an apple fell.he thought why dint the apple go up instead of coming down.

gravity is present on earth because earths solid and heavy mass.

hope it helps!!!!
