Global warming is caused due to some gasses like CO2 ( carbon dioxide) and CFC( Chlorofluoro carbon). When the sunlight passes through the atmosphere and reaches the ground, most of the sun radiation is absorbed by the earth surface, plants, animals, human beings etc and rest is reflected by the earth surface. Then the reflected ray is trapped by some gasses like CO2 and CFC present in the atmosphere. These gasses have the tendency to trap them and thus, keeps the earth warm even during night. This process is called Green House Effect.
