Haemoglobin or Hb is a complex protein found in the blood and matrix of fluid connective tissue.
It is highly reactive with O₂ and CO₂ forming Oxyhaemoglobin and Carboxyhaemoglobin respectively.
When present less in quantity is disrupts transport of oxygen for consumption purpose and carbon dioxide for exhalation purpose and hence making the heart beat faster>
