what is HDI (human development index) how to calculate it??

HDI is also known as Human development Index which was created by the United Nations Development program for calculating the human development in a nation.

It can be calculated by:

Life expectancy : the average number of years a person will live in a country
attendence ratio: the number of children between the age of 10-14 attending school to the ratio of thousand children of the same age group.
per capita income: The average income of the country.
