To maintain our health we should do these things,they are:
1.Eat healthy food which is not made by too much oil and other hafmful things.
2.We must do yoga daily that keeps our body fit and healthy.
3.We must give some time in sports which keep our mind and body healthy.
4.Never eat junk food make us unfit.
5.Always try to wake up soon.
6.Always wear clean cloths that protect your body.
7.Always drink clean water.
