Answer:

Explanation:

Hindus  are persons who regard themselves as culturally, ethnically, or religiously adhering to aspects of Hinduism. Historically, the term has also been used as a geographical, cultural, and later religious identifier for people living in the Indian subcontinent. Irrespective of the religion the people dwelling in the region bounded by the Indian peninsula after Sindhu river were called as Hindus by Arabians. Initially around 5000 years back ‘Only Shivans were living’ in this region. The best evidence are Mohenjo Daro and Harappan culture. They were worshiping Shiva and shakti. Their calendar was solar calendar, even today it is followed in Tamil nadu and Kerala. According to history around 4500 years ago, Vaishnavas entered this Hindu region and they were identified by the Shivans as Aryans because they were good agriculturists and growing paddy very well. The real meaning of the word ‘Arya’ is agriculturist.
