a substance is homogeneous if the different parts of it have the same property ( behaviour) and composition
all the elements (e. g. hydrogen oxygen Ion gold etc) and compounds(e.g. salt sugar water etc) are homogeneous substance . the different parts of any sample of the substance will behave similarly and have the same composition..
