Homologous organs are the organs which have same structure but different functions, and who don't have a common ancestor.
No, The wings of, let's say, butterfly and the wings of bat can't be regarded as homologous organs because they don't have basic structure, though they perform same function of flying, just the structure is different, so they are analogous organs.
