Human poverty is basically something that a human needs, but doesn't have. Now this makes the range for the definition quite wide. Some lack discipline and thus is their poverty, some lack money and they're called poor. Some lack spiritualism, some lack motivation, etc. There is no one particular form of poverty. Human poverty is wide and unique from person to person. And let me also clarify, needs and wants are different. Wants do not define poverty. But people with excessive and unfulfilled wants 'need' satisfaction and thus that is their poverty.
