Human rights are the rights given by the Constitution irrespective of sex, religion, caste, colour or any other status.

the universal rights of humans that can't be dominated by any government are called human rights.and they are basic and moral in nature.fundamental rights of indian constitution are based on these human rights,which were taken from the U.N declaration of human rights in 1948.
e.g:right to liberty,right to liberty,right to education,equality before law etc.
