Hydrogenation in the Oil and Fats Industries.Hydrogenation is a process that useshydrogen gas to change a liquid vegetable oilinto a hard spread / margarine. This process stabilizes the oil and prevents spoilage from oxidation.

Hydrogenation  oil used as a lubricant and  it is also used in preparations of special hydrogenated grease
