The excessive supply of adrenal cortical steroids from cortical cell tumours which may arise in or outside the adrenal gland is known as hyperadrenocorticism. Oversecretion of cortisol in man leads to a rare disease, Cushing’s syndrome named after its discoverer Harvey Cushing.

hello frnd.

HYPERADRENOCIRTICISM.

Hypercardioconorrhea is a common disease which is the adrenal hyperfunction that is seen in most dogs.
There are three known causes of adrenal hyperfunction: dysfunction of the pituitary gland, defects of adrenal glands and the intrauterine administration of corticosteroid.
