Answer:

The star is not destroyed and additional explosions can occur, a phenomenon called a recurrent nova. SUPERNOVA: Much more brilliant than a nova, a supernova can shine brighter than an entire galaxy for a brief time. ... SUPERLUMINOUS SUPERNOVA (Hypernova): A burst 5 to 50 times more energetic than a supernova.

Hope it's helpful for you.

please mark my answer as brilliant ✌️✌️✌️

Mimindia: please mark it
devanshu89: I am new in this app so how to mark it????
Mimindia: first of all go to my answer there you'll see mark as brilliant

Explanation:

A super-luminous supernova, also known as a hypernova, is a type of stellar explosion with a luminosity 10 or more times higher than that of standard supernovae. Like supernovae, SLSNe seem to be produced by several mechanisms, which is readily revealed by their light-curves and spectra.

A supernova is an ordinary stellar phenomena which marks the end of a star . It is not that energetic and hence is unable to make a blackhole but a hypernova is much violent than supernova and hence it has a high chance of making a black hole . It all depends upon the size of star and its type .

Hope this helps :)
