Type II Hypersensitivity is the process by which IgG or IgM binds to a cell to cause injury or death (Antibody Dependent Cytotoxicity). ... Type IIIHypersensitivity is tissue damage created by immune complexes. Immune Complexes are aggregations of antigen and antibodies.
