The gases which obey Boyle's & Charles' law are called ideal gas.

Let at TK temparature & P atm pressure 'n' gram mole of gas occupy V lit. Then

from Boyle's law:

V \infty  \frac{1}{p} (n,m,T constant)

from Charles' law:

V \infty T(P,m,n constant)

from Avogardo's law:

 V \infty n(P,T,m constant)

from the rule of joint variation we have

v \infty  \frac{nT}{p} (when all parameters vary)

OrV=nRT/p (R=universal gas constant)

Or,PV=nRT

It is known as Ideal gas equation.
