igneous rocks are formed when molten rocks cool and solidifies with or without crystallisation either below the surface as intrusive rocks or on the surface as extrusive rocks.

Igneous rocks are formed due to solidification of lava \magma either on the earth 's surface or below the earth's surface .as there rock are formed first in the rock cycle .
