No they will be not same coz the gravitational force exerted by Mars on us is different from that of exerted by Earth...

so as we are the system or no. of molecules in us remains constant on Mars and Earth So therefore it remains constant and does not vary..

Mass is a measure of the number of molecules in an object. it will remain the same both on mars and on earth .
Weight is affected by gravity . It will vary between planets. In fact there is slight variation in the weight in different parts of the earth too, albeit small enough to be negligible.
