In simple words ignition temperature can be define as

                                   

It is said to be the lowest temperature at which a combustible substance when heated to its required. It needs  fire/heat and oxygen continues to burn.

Coal has an ignition temperature of 600 Celsius making it the highest among the given options which make it the highest ignition temperature.
