immunization is the process in which our body makes antibodies for killing specific type of microbe by identifying them. this process takes time and when this antibodies are made then next time when similar type of mucrobe enters our body than immune system uses it to eleminate them and takes immidiate action

if one person has chickenpox once there is no chance of suffering from it again this happens because when the immune system for season infectious micro bit respond against it and then the members is specifically for the next time that particular micropore its close relatives under the body the immune system response with even greater vigor. This elimination infection even more quickly than the first time and out this is the basis of the principle of immunization.
