Wonna a little explanation? Here we go~

The basic principles of immunization is that the body starts to produce antibodies against it upon administration of the vaccine so that the person is safe from disease. Body revives the development of infectious agents and memory cells that can develop antibodies immediately upon further exposure to the infectious agents. Immunisation can be judged after the vaccination is done.
