Hi friend..!!
Indigestion is the pain or discomfort in the stomach associated with difficulty in digesting food.To avoid it we can do the following things:
1.Do not chew with your mouth open
2.Talk while chewing, or eat quickly. ..
3.Chew food completely and eat slowly
4.Drink fluids after meals, rather than during.
5.Avoid late-night eating.
6.Avoid spicy, greasy foods.
7.Quit smoking
8.Avoid alcoholic beverages.
9.Avoid caffeine.
